The Soul Healing Session is a sacred space woven for those tender thresholds. Here, you don’t have to hold it all. You’re invited to bring the weight of what’s been unspoken and rest it down.
This 90-minute session unfolds as a ceremonial journey. We’ll begin with gentle grounding, followed by a conversation led by your soul’s quiet wisdom. Through guided imagery, intuitive insight, and compassionate presence, we’ll meet the stories and shadows that rise to the surface—not to fix them, but to witness, to listen, and to begin the slow miracle of alchemy.
This is not coaching. It is soul-tending.
You’ll receive reflection prompts via email within 2–3 business days, allowing the session to continue to ripple and integrate in your own time.

Before Your Session
You don’t need to prepare anything formal. Just come as you are — tired, curious, open, guarded. All of you is welcome here.
Our session takes place live over Zoom. You’re invited to create a quiet space for yourself — somewhere you can soften. You may wish to bring a journal, light a candle, wrap yourself in something comforting, or simply breathe into the moment.
You’re welcome to keep your camera on or off — whatever makes you feel safest and most grounded. This is your space, and you’ll be held with care.
After our time together, I’ll send a short email within 2–3 business days with personalized reflection prompts. These are yours to work with at your own pace, as the session continues to ripple through you.
