At Parlour of Stars, every session is crafted with presence, preparation, and deep care. Out of respect for the energetic nature of this work, as well as for both your time and mine, the following policies apply.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with 24+ hours notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
  • You can reschedule your session easily using the link provided in your booking confirmation email.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows are non-refundable.

Completed Sessions

Due to the intuitive, time-based, and energetic nature of this work, refunds are not available for sessions that have already been completed. Each session is entered into as a sacred exchange, trusting that the insight and healing received will continue to unfold in its own timing.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to reserve your session. Secure payment is processed through trusted platforms (Stripe and Calendly).

Questions or Special Circumstances

I understand that life can be unpredictable.
If you experience an emergency or extenuating circumstances that prevent you from attending your session, please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate you with compassion.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What if I’m a few minutes late to my session?
Life happens. I understand! If you are a few minutes late, we will still honor the remainder of your scheduled session time. However, please note that sessions cannot be extended beyond the original time slot due to scheduling commitments.

Q: What if I miss my session completely?
Sessions missed without 24 hours’ notice are considered no-shows and are non-refundable. If you experience an emergency, please reach out as soon as you are able, and we can discuss next steps with compassion.

Q: Can I transfer my session to someone else if I can’t make it?
Yes — if you are unable to attend, you may gift your session to someone else with 24 hours’ notice. Please contact me with the new participant’s information so I can update the booking.
