3 Week Sample Meal Plan, Recipes, and Shopping Lists

Our three-week meal plan is a thoughtfully curated guide designed to align your nutritional intake with your spiritual and wellness goals. This optional plan includes:

Healing Modalities

In the sacred nutrition coaching program, we explore a variety of healing modalities to support your journey to wellness. Here’s an explanation of how each modality contributes to the program:

EFT Tapping: Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) tapping is a powerful self-help method that involves tapping on specific points on the body to release emotional blockages. It’s based on the principles of acupuncture but without the needles. In our program, EFT tapping can help you address emotional eating triggers and find balance in your relationship with food.

 

Guided Imagery: This technique uses visualization to evoke positive changes in your body, emotions, and spirit. Through guided imagery, you’ll be led on a mental journey to imagine a peaceful and healing experience. It’s particularly effective for stress reduction and can enhance your ability to make mindful choices about nutrition and self-care.

 

Reiki: As a form of energy healing, Reiki involves the transfer of universal energy from the practitioner’s palms to the client. It promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and can improve overall well-being. In the context of sacred nutrition, Reiki can help align your energy centers, making it easier for you to absorb the full benefits of the foods you eat and the lifestyle changes you make.
